You need to see a psychiatrist...seriously. You can hate the people you work with, but if you are thinking about violently killing them, you should seek professional help before you do end up murdering someone (and spending the rest of your life in jail)How do you work with people you want to KILL?
If you see that everyone has a need to be cared for and we have things to learn from each encounter we have in life, good or bad, maybe it would help. What is really fun is if someone treats you badly, do what the Good Book says. 'Be kind ...for it is like heaping coals of fire on their head';. Also pray for them and try to find something positive about them. Seeing the positive in each person you meet is a gift you can cultivate. Remember that God waits a very long time before giving up on us so how can we do any less for the humans that surround us. ';Be ye kind one to another';. The Bible also tells us to not let the sun go down on our wrath. We are to settle things day by day and not stuff it. Mmm

As hard as it may be, you need to kill her with kindness...If you show that whatever she does to make you hate her so much drives you crazy, you are giving her what she wants...do not give her the satisfaction of getting to you...keep it inside and take up boxing after work to work out the anger...Anger and hatred will eat at you if you don't.
