How can 7 billion people work hard when there is no guarantee of a good, ethical, paying job available?

This world is full of resources, but we have to have money to get it. Why can't I just toil the land myself if the food and water is there naturally, versus to having to wait for decent employment to come available. I get sick from pollution and poison but have to pay for or cant afford the medicine. With the high cost of housing, rent, utilities insurances, cost of health care, cost of education, gas, good quality food, maintenance, when your wages are too low. People are always saying dont be lazy and work hard- I understand but at some point people are getting ripped off their entire lives. Working 8,10,12 hours shifts with little sleep and little quality of life because they are in an enslaved employment because they cannot afford to quit is not a reasonable request.

It does'nt matter how many people work hard or get college degrees, not everyone is going to get a job, or one they like, or one that pays enough money. I am not materialistic but is contradicting to tell people to live within their means but yet you still need them to spend. If they stop spending, then people lose their jobs and those companies that they depended on will close.

This system needs people to be in debt so they can keep on working. And just because your job pays alot of money and benefits does'nt mean that your job is an ethical and good job that treats all people with dignity and respect.

If you can't afford to pay for your neccessities and expenses then get yourself into debt and continue in an enslaved employment because someone else has the money that you continuously need in order to stay alive. How can you work hard if there is nothing to get. This system needs to be stable for all for life- where you can work but still be able to afford your life in a system of money. Not spread the current wealth but spread opportunities %26amp; results and fairness. Not disadvantages %26amp; rip offs by companies. How can 7 billion people work hard when there is no guarantee of a good, ethical, paying job available?
We each decide our own budgets and can choose to remain employees spending every cent we can lay our hands on and get in debt to spend more or not. In the same city you will find people living on $20K and others not saving a cent on $60K claiming they can't. What they mean is they don't want to do what it takes. Giving up things like owning a car under 7 years old or taking a bus to work is not fun so they don't want to do it. Living without cable tv, latest fashion, cell phones or other luxuries they claim they can't. The person living on $20 has decided that is all they are willing to earn or maybe they are handicapped so they can't earn more. If someone were making that they would need to do something to change it like learning a job skill or personal skills. After 20 years in the workforce most of us have earned promotions taken classes and learned on the job so we are making twice what the beginner makes. We can save half or so for our future. How can 7 billion people work hard when there is no guarantee of a good, ethical, paying job available?
I don't think you understand how economics works.
yes you can live off the land many people do it . Homesteading and farming. Selling or trading your excess for what you need but are not able to make it your self.

I agree the world is not perfect.

And no the system does not need people to be in debt. It works best if there is not to much of it. The system does not require you to buy in excess. No one needs an over sized house, a brand new car, designer clothes, Most people go in debt for wants not needs except for medical bills those are a need and can over whelm with the high cost.

No job requires you to be unethical unless you chose to be. A company can only be unethical if the people in it are cause at it most basic level a company is a group of people.
