How can a Foreigner get the insurance Medicare?

At work today I waited on a old man that could not speak English and most likely has not worked a day in the United States. This is one of many reason why Medicare is in trouble and by the time I need the benefits it will no later be around. I thought you had to work for this benefit. I have been working since the age of 14 years, now at the age 34 the goverment says Medicare is in trouble. Something is wrong with this picture! STOP USING THE WORKING PEOPLE'S BENEFITS!!! Something needs to be done about this! What's your feeling about this?How can a Foreigner get the insurance Medicare?
This is crazy. We have been politically correct for so long that we are actually destroying ourselves. This country cannot take much more of this. Why cant people see this. Actually you have to work to get Social Security. But illegal immigrants shouldn't be eligible for Medicare either.
the illegals are ruining our country one step at a time. it's time we take back what belongs to us, they have no say in this matter or any other , as far as that goes. they all need to leave, by force if necessary.............

It all comes down to fraud, and it must be stopped, even for those who are on medicaid, mostly are illegals who have forged and stolen identity. And correction, Vicente Fox is no longer president of Mexico, and even if he still was, he didn't do a damn thing then, and wouldn't now to better his county and its economy.
