Going to Morton's steakhouse in NY with work people....how do i eat healthy there ??!?!?! :)?

It is pretty easy to eat healthily at a good steak house like Mortons.

Get a smaller steak - and nothing says you have to eat the entire thing. A sirloin or slice of prime rib will be the leanest steak they have. A rib eye, porterhouse, t-bone, or a fillet will have more marbling which means more fat. Trim any fat but there is, but there likely will be little if any.

All the steak houses have steamed veggies - you can ask that they be served without butter or other seasoning. The baked potato is fine, choose either butter or sour cream on the side and use sparingly. Don't eat the entire potato.

A steakhouse it much more healthy to eat at compared to a restaurant that deep fries most of it's food. All you need to do is order carefully, have salad as your starter, and watch your portion sizes.

It may help eat only how much you intend to if you cut the food in half and eat only one half. That will help you judge how much you are eating and stop before you've eaten too much.Going to Morton's steakhouse in NY with work people....how do i eat healthy there ??!?!?! :)?
Two words: portion control.
