How is it to work with Asians, Europeans, Americans in a office. How is it different to work people from this countries and who is the easiest to work withWorking with people from different culture?
I've worked with alot of blacks, whites, and asians in an office setting. I was trying to think of a response that would differentiate each race's work characteristics, but honestly, I can't think of anything. Personality has too much to do with work compatibility than raceWorking with people from different culture?
WHAT? You were saying? What kind of question is that? You're working with people. What doest matter anyway? Don't you think your been prejudiced?
just work with them, respect their cultures, differences and you will be fine.
Id be more concerned about working with people who speak very limited english....
Well, given that in an office setting you are working with an individual and not a whole 'culture' it all depends on the personality of the person you are working with. Just because the asian, or frenchman, or russian, or indian, or american, or etc, in your office is a d-bag, that doesn't mean the entire culture is like that.
Start looking at people as individuals instead of by their race and culture and maybe someday we really will get rid of prejudices.
doesnt matter as long as you go into it with an open mind and you arent prone to prejudice youll learn about different people and cultures. otherwise you might come out bitter and judgmental.
