What grades do you need to work at a bank?

I don't mean a high end bank job, I mean one where you work behind the glass dealing with customers. I'm asking this because I know of some really stupid people working at banks and I'm left thinking, ';how, just how?';What grades do you need to work at a bank?
Probably decent overall grades, along with pretty good grades in math...
