I always feel i have to be right.I have problems working with people at work. How do i aquire people skills?.?

I agree with Bubsy. Take a Dale Carnegie course or if you can't afford that- at least do yourself a big favor and read the book,

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. It will definitely make a difference- but only if you apply what you learn from it.I always feel i have to be right.I have problems working with people at work. How do i aquire people skills?.?
Grow up. You're wrong .I always feel i have to be right.I have problems working with people at work. How do i aquire people skills?.?

Work on that ';I'm always right'; attitude and maybe then you can aquire people skills.
There is one very important quality that almost ALL people are missing today: PERSPECTIVE.

You need to be able to look at everything from more than one perspective, otherwise your decisions are going to be selfish and narrow-minded. I'm not calling you those things, I'm just telling you what happens.

No matter how long it takes, you MUST train yourself to view everything in this world from more than one perspective. It makes the world a better place, I can promise you that.
Wait until somebody asks you for advice/opinions. It's tough at first, especially when you know they're wrong, but you'll get into it. Eventually, people will admire your intelligence.
Take a Dale Carnegie seminar?
Practice listening more than you talk. People who are truly intelligent listen to other points of view and learn. Even if someone is wrong, they probably have a reason for their opinion. Focus on understanding, and realize that ';It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, then to open one's mouth and remove all doubt. I commend you for trying to improve. Good Luck!
