If so .. how did it work ?? people are quick to offer it as a way of meeting a ///nice // girl or guy . But does it work or is it an insane thought ?How many people have gone to church with the intention of meeting men or women?
It happens but, it has not happen to me. I don't go there with intent to find someone. I go to worship Jesus but, I keep my options open. You meet people when you least expect it.How many people have gone to church with the intention of meeting men or women?
Church is the last place I'd look for a dude.... i'm not really one to be pregnant and chained to the stove while being preached too..........
It's natural for a nice person to want to meet someone at church. Chances are that you will have a lot in common and morals are very important to those nice people. For instance, I tried to see if there was anyone with potential at my church. It would be ideal to have a relationship with someone who was nice, attractive, God fearing, etc. Unfortunately for me, my church is barren in this aspect. Two guys ended up as strange disappointments. Ah, well. Pray on it. It's not an insane thought.
Sure, why not? After all, aside from attraction, wouldn't you want to know that a potential mate had similar beliefs? We look for common interests in other areas--why not spiritually too?
Does it work? Not for me, but lots of people have successful meetings, and successful relationships.
I go every week, with my wife!
If I was single, I would probably do it, even though I can't stand church.
I haven't. I think it's cool to meet anyone anywhere, as long as it relates to your interests. So if you're a Christian, meet someone at church, if you like art, meet someone at an art gallery.
Hi thank you for your question,
In the bible at 1 Corinthians 7:39 the last part of this verse tells us to only Marry in the Lord,
So we are only to Marry another Christian,
