Do transexual people work in Bangkok bars and nightclubs?

Can you tell me if transexual people are allowed to work in Bangkok bars and nightclubs? If you just want to be with a 'straight' girl, how can you tell if that bar girl is a transexual or not?Do transexual people work in Bangkok bars and nightclubs?
There are Kratoeys, Transexuals, Ladyboys, whatever you want to call them working in all avenues of employment in Thailand. Most can be differentiated by 1) being very tall, above 5'9';; 2) have large hands, 3) large feet, 4) deeper voice than a woman and 5) a pronounced adams apple...although many have had surgery to change this item...among other things. Most will have an exaggerated sway in the bum when walking.

You should not have nay trouble finding a straight girl to fulfill your wishes. Thailand is a nation that is very accepting of ';alternative lifestyles'; and you see them in all walks of life.

There is an old adage concerning business decisions that can apply here. ';If in doubt, DON'T!'; Otherwise, enjoy the Land of Smiles.Do transexual people work in Bangkok bars and nightclubs?
Ask Michael Rehmeyer from Houston Texas. He specializes in that gay stuff.

look for the adam's apple
that's the chance you take ......dont forget the condoms though will you,
Your best bet is to avoid paying for sex, and just get a normal girfriend.

The sex industry is often a front for slavery and drugs trafficking, run by criminals.

Please note that I am not a religious nut. I just don't like to see poor people treated like dirt.
some of the hotest looking 'females' in thailand just arn't what they seem, and yes, they hang out in bars and niteclubs, seldom alone.
yes
The difference between a boy and a girl is in their genes.
Well if the 'bar girl' is a transexual there is no problem because she has had a sex change operation and is to all intents and purposes a female (but of course the birth certificate will indicate that she was born male).

Katoyes and cross dressers are everywhere not just in Bangkok and you will find Katoyes in every walk of life, bars, pubs, restaurants, offices and shops. These are generally males who are effeminate and may or may not want to cross dress.

The nature of 'katoye' is difficult to define, even the Thais have some difficulty with defining the word and the nature, but they are very accepting of katoyes as long as they are low key and do not force it in people's faces - causing embarressment and loss of face for the individual and the country.
oh Yeh!..... but can't you tell the difference?.... it's pretty obvious...

Make sure you're not wearing beer goggles my man.
Yes most of them work at Casa Nova's on the third floor of Nana Plaza. If you just want a straight 100% natural girl then most gogo bars should be OK. The Thai word for transgender is Katoey. Most bars don't hire ladyboys. The bars that do tend to hire all ladyboys.

Most Ladyboys work the street. Don't get too drunk and do something you'll regret.
TS are everywhere in Thailand, bars, clubs, malls, resturants, everywhere. Just look at their feet and hands and you can tell if they are ladyboys are not.
