Need to find good people to work with me on build a magnetic motor?

i have an idea on how it need to be assembled but i need a place to work and the part to make it and tools to build with. this is going to take alot of planing i need people like from GE company to make this happen or Nasa maybe Boeing to pull together and network my plans .. Please Smart people work with me ..... Sincerly daveNeed to find good people to work with me on build a magnetic motor?
Use any liquid in a closed cylinder. One side of the cylinder has to be made of a extremely stretchy material, with a hole in it.

a rod is places through the hole like a straw, with a maget near the hole. A repelling magnet is placed at the very center of the top, so that it keeps pushing the straw/rod, creating energy.Need to find good people to work with me on build a magnetic motor?
Good luck, I want to build a pulse motor myself and it seems too obvious that its been suppressed and is the way to go.
