Exactly ZERO people who pay their mortgage every month are loosing their homes.



If you don't pay your mortgage it's not your house anymore. Some people should be a renters, and there is nothing wrong with being a renter.How much longer are working people going to lose their homes before they?
Not ever since most of the people losing their homes to foreclosure put no money down, had no money to make the house payment or pay the taxes and should have never lived in a home they couldn't afford in the first place. Blame the left with liberal Democrats for demanding that banks give loans to these people that work the counter at McDonald's for $8 an hour and bought a $4 million dollar home in California. You don't need to be from Iowa to figure it out.
if people had common sense they would not buy things that they cant afford.
Sadly Barney Frank (D) Mass, forced banks to make bad loans to people that were not able to make the payments if they wanted to keep their rating with the US Government. As any semi Intelligent person could foresee it caused issues, money was loaned and not paid back. The banks took desperate actions to save their own rears and caused the collapse of the banking system.



But even more sad, is the dumb *** making 12.95 an hour signed onto a loan with payments twice what they earned.



Whose to blame? Barney Frank and the individual stupid enough to sign a loan they knew they could not afford!
For sometime.
The rich have torn through this country. It is not the blame of the Republicans nor the Democrats.

It was the fault of all the American citizens and their quest for riches also.

Like one person said most lived beyond their means. It had nothing to do with the Saudi's or Franks or Dobbs or even Bush.

Blame yourself and everyone else for the financial problems this country now faces.
