State leaders have spent us into next year, and seems the only jobs being lost are those of the working people. the vast majority of State jobs are completely unnecessary and are nothing more than welfare recipients being given a job to push paper. It's also a social program to give minorities and women relatively high-paying jobs that do absolutely nothing whatsoever to benefit society, but in fact is a parasite on society.With all the business's having to lay-off people. It is really sad that people are loosing jobs.



I know California has stopped hiring and make people go on furloughs a few days a month where they do not earn an income (like they have to stay home and not get paid).



I think this is horrible.
