I am moving to Africa for two years to work as an aid worker but I have an exsisting car loan for an immaculate ford fiesta that I dont know how to cease. I have to cease this loan as there are so many people in poverty and I have a commitment to doing this and going. I dont want something as stupid and material as a car loan to stand in the way of me helping people in less priverleged communities!!!I need help paying off my car loan so I can go and work with people in need in Africa! Any ideas?
Try selling it or have someone assume the loan for you

Try taking it to a dealer and see what it is worth. If it has more value than the loan get rid of it. OrThe next step is to not make any more payments and let them repossess it and let them take the loss. Dont let fear of them cause you to bow down to there wishes if they take your car they are paid .
Why don't you just sell it and use the proceeds to pay the loan off?
